Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Mexico

We work with carriers such as FedEx and Paquetexpress, depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. Estimated delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days, depending on the destination and local customs. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order’s packaging. An individual bag may use different packaging than an order containing multiple pieces.

Local Pickup in León, Guanajuato

If you are located in León, Guanajuato, you can pick up your order at our location at no additional cost — this is where everything is made. Select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you to coordinate your pickup.

Duties & Taxes

Prices on our website include taxes for orders shipped within Mexico only. For international orders, the price shown does not include customs duties, import taxes, or customs fees in the destination country — these are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

If applicable, the carrier will contact you directly to collect these charges before delivery. We recommend checking your country’s customs and import policies before placing your order.

Tracking

Once your order leaves our atelier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times are estimates — once the package is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Once the carrier marks an order as “delivered,” Maroni is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s reception.

Please carefully verify your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
